L’Oréal Announces New Brow Magic Printer at CES 2023

L’Oréal has kicked off 2023 with the CES announcement of their innovative Brow Magic printer! Modiface’s virtual try-on technology allows for personalized brow recommendations that come to life using the digital printer made in collaboration with Prinker, a tech company specializing in non-permanent, printed tattoos.

The new printer uses Modiface’s AR to ensure that the brow look being applied, is tailored to the user’s face. User’s are able to download an app that will allow them to virtually try-on and choose the thickness, shade, and shape of their desired brow look. Using L’Oréal’s Modiface AR technology, the Brow Magic application scans the user’s face and makes personalized recommendations for effects such as microblading and micro-shading. Once a brow primer is physically applied, the printer and the app will work together to apply the customized brow look directly on the user’s face.
